The company's origins date back to 2001, when Nasipbay Akhmetov decided to start his own business and founded it. 

The first company was registered on February 14, 2001. 

It all began in agriculture, growing and selling wheat.

Later, the company's focus shifted to providing steel pipe dismantling services for the oil and gas sector. 

During its operation in this field, the company dismantled and sold over 300,000 tons of pipe, working with clients such as KazTransOil, Stroytransgaz, and KazMunayGas. 

Later, it expanded into the mining sector, which became its core business. 

The company began operations with one excavator and 10 machines, and within 15 years, it had grown to over 300 pieces of equipment. 

Over the course of its existence, TauKen Group has participated in various major projects, such as the construction of the Zhezkazgan-Beineu and Dostyk-Moiynty railways, and national highways.

Today, TauKen Group has become one of the leading companies performing earthworks and mining operations in Kazakhstan, adhering to high standards and adhering to principles of sustainable development and safety.
