This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be finally settled by arbitration under the International Arbitration Centre of Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC IAC) Rules.
Arbitration shall be conducted in Astana, in English, and the award shall be final and binding.
TauKen Group shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, strikes, cyberattacks, or system failures.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
